Installations Co-Ordinator - Immediate start
Deeside, North Wales Salary TBC Dependant on Experience + Benefits
Role Overview:
An Installation Co-ordinator with experience of scheduling engineers to
conduct installations is required by a family run business located in Deeside,
covering mainly the North West however sometimes all over the UK.
The
successful candidate will have previous business to business (B2B) experience
and will be responsible for receiving enquiries, booking in installations at
customer sites, for liaising with engineers and updating business clients and
customers, and for ensuring that the installation is coordinated
professionally and efficiently.
Required skills:

Proven experience of Scheduling Engineers or as an
Installations Coordinator |

|
Experience of working in a Business to Business (B2B)
environment |

|
Excellent telephone skills and Strong communication and
organisational skills |
 |
|
Ability to work under pressure and when required work
additional hours and sometimes weekends to support the business |
 |
|
Knowledge of Office applications, email, any knowledge of
updating Facebook, twitter and using SAGE would be useful |
